Anything you transmit or post becomes our property and may be used for any K-Link2UAfrica business purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, market, research, development of prospect lists, project planning, broadcast, posting and marketing, among other things.

K-Link2UAfrica is committed to respecting your privacy. Once you choose to provide us Personally Identifiable Information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your business relationship with K-Link2UAfrica and K-Link2UAfrica’s business.

Upon logging onto our Web server, our Web server automatically recognizes your member code, but not your name. We may collect various types of information from you that do not identify you personally, such as the products you purchase, the services you use, the frequency of such purchase and uses. We do collect “cookies” to store your preferences and record session information.

K-Link2UAfrica uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. We reserve the right to use, sell, and assign for any and all purposes all Non-Personally Identifiable Information; and you authorize us to use, sell, and assign, for any and all purposes, all Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
